Art Salon

Discord Aggregate, a Bay Area group dedicated to pushing the boundaries in music, literature, film, visual art, and other forms, continues gathering every three weeks. The evening consists of one or two artist presentations, an open mic and discussions.

Pro Arts 2001 Holiday Arts Festival

Glass Studio Tour

Gilbert "Bobbo" Aghiable

Oakland Museum of California's "Wrapped in Pride -- Ghananian Kente and African Identity" exhibit, will be hosting an on-site Kente cloth weaving demonstration by Ewe master weaver Gilbert "Bobbo" Aghiable. Bobbo will also be available for booksigning.

Alameda Museum Tours

There will be a docent led tour of the Alameda Meyers House and garden Museum, which is ornately furnished in antiques and art objects, many original to the house.

Open Studios, Berkeley

Over one hundred artists and craftspeople at studios in Berkeley will open their doors to the public. All craft media will be on exhibit and for sale. A free map is available by mail listing all participants.

Tuesday Night Art Series
