Los Angeles-born producer Deorro, aka Erick Orrosquieta, is notorious for crafting rhythmic Latin-dance-infused soundscapes. Deorro’s dazzling sophomore album, ORRO, was released earlier this summer, kicking off an international tour that spans more than 50 dates. A play on his name, ORRO sees the Mexican artist drawing influence from his upbringing—one that’s translated through motifs of lotería cards and speckles of gold (“oro”) throughout the album’s accompanying videos and artwork. Among the many international artists to be featured on the record are the globally renowned Los Angeles Azules, Los Tucanes De Tijuana, Alex Rose, and Gente De Zona.
