Iamsu! holding his own festival at California’s Great America is next level. A hyphy veteran who went solo in 2010, Iamsu! is known as the leader of legendary hip-hop collective Hbk Gang, which included members like P-lo, Sage the Gemini, Kool John, Kehlani and many others. Iamsu! is considered one of the pioneers of the modern Bay Area hip-hop sound by making the music solely focused on partying and good vibes with your friends. He’s been charting for years with songs like “Up,” “Only That Real” and his timeless hit “I Love My Squad,” off his debut album and Bay Area classic Sincerely Yours. This weekend, he takes over Great America.
