With guitarist Ray Obiedo at the helm, the group explores the sonic landscapes of jazz, funk and Latin music in a display highlighting the latent music talent emanating from the South Bay Area music scene. Featured prominently in the performance is vocalist Chloe Jean, whose heartfelt voice elevates the already dynamic group of musicians. Jean and the Ray Obeido Group will explore original jazz fusion pieces that transcend the genre and cover classic songs reimagined through the outfit’s unique approach.
