Alton Brown helped popularize cooking as entertainment, hosting Food Network shows like Good Eats, Cutthroat Kitchen and Iron Chef America. But the former TV personality, chef and author is hanging up his apron as he embarks on his fourth and final live culinary show, Last Bite, which includes his trademark cooking mixed with science demonstrations, audience participation, storytelling and even music. The tour coincides with his 10th book, a memoir and collection of essays titled Food for Thought: Essays and Ruminations.
