KSJS radio show Stop Drop and Roll continues its live series from The Loft, where headlining acts perform and are interviewed before having a meet and greet with attendees. This week, they welcome rapper Alwa Gordon, named 2024 Musician of the Year in Santa Cruz’s NEXTies. Alwa grew up in Santa Cruz in a music-loving household with a drummer for a father. He draws from his multiethnic background and eclectic musical heritage to create a unique sound, which he releases into the world through his own record label, 88 Over Everything.
