Billed as a unique, one-time-only experience, Philly Goes West is a sextet made up of players somehow connected to the city: Carl Schultz and Tony Peebles on sax, Chris Aschman on trumpet, Tim Wendel on guitar, Zack Teran on bass and Matt Scarano on drums. All have performed with each other in different combinations for years. A night of soulful, improvisational jazz is in store for audiences at the SJZ Break Room. The Break Room also has live streams for those unable to attend the venue.
