Influenced by R&B, blues, rockabilly and jazz, D. Marie & The House Cats will flex their musical muscles with a mix of popular covers and original songs. Danielle Walsh, known as D. Marie, is a Los Angeles native who moved to San Francisco for college. After a couple of years performing in the city, Walsh joined forces with a local trio of multi-instrumentalists, forming what is now known as D. Marie & The House Cats. The band impersonates popular jams such as How Do I Let A Good Man Down through rhythmic sounds of bass and drums.
