Dauood Naimyar has always lived between two worlds. Though ethnically Afghani, he was born and raised in Oakland. This helped foster the unique and often humorous sensation of seeking to fit in while simultaneously standing out as a singular person. His experiences resulted in a comedy act that delightfully pokes fun at perspective, comforting the audience about the unknown while pulling the wool over their eyes and tricking them in a delightfully funny way.
