One never knows where LA-based comedian Esther Povitsky will take a sentence. She manages to land downright hilarious and outrageous jokes with the effortless demeanor of an unimpressed teen. But Povitsky is no teenager; she’s been making waves in show business for years, securing a place on Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch” list in 2017 and receiving high praise in 2018 for Alone Together, the Freeform show she cocreated and costarred in. She is also an actor with recurring roles in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Love and Difficult People.
