I saw you SJPD officer, in your Crown Vic, exemplifying all that is wrong with SJPD policy. There is a lot of San Jose that can NOT been seen from the driver’s seat of the patrol vehicle. Most likely responding to a domestic disturbance, not ONE of the three responding SJPD officers got out of their cars to ask anyone on the street about anything, although everyone on the block heard and hears the screaming, instead rushing off in a flurry of speed, hoping to catch the persons, or person involved, who drove back to the house you stopped in front of not five minutes later.
