I saw you at the midtown Safeway in the parking lot. You were asking people walking in to the store for money for bus fare. I offered you a day pass token, but you declined. I offered to buy you food, since that’s what I thought you wanted, but you declined that, too. I offered to buy you McDonald’s (just in case you didn’t trust the food I would buy in the Safeway), but you turned that down too. I said “OK, God bless you” and walked into the store. When I returned to my car after shopping, you were still outside, asking for bus fare.
