On a recent night I saw your group of three people walk back to your disabled parking space, unload your cart and just leave it smack in the middle of another handicapped parking space. The cart return was only three spaces away. I couldn’t believe a group using parking for the disabled would be so inconsiderate as to leave another handicapped parking space blocked.
