The nonprofit Bay Area Chinese Musician Association presents Indie-Licious, a father-and-son family band called “Bu San Bu Si,” performing several original songs with help from some of their favorite Bay Area musicians. Musical style ranges from folk to pop and indie rock with a slight touch of jazz. For over a decade, BACMA has hosted concerts for local Chinese musicians and well-known bands from mainland China and offers educational series to promote Chinese culture and cultivate local Chinese American pop music.
