Former Modern Lovers keyboardist Jerry Harrison was a member of groundbreaking art-punk group Talking Heads through the entirety of their touring and recording years. Acclaimed musician Adrian Belew had already established himself as first-call guitarist for some of music’s biggest names (Frank Zappa, David Bowie) when he joined Talking Heads on sessions for their landmark 1980 album Remain in Light. Now Harrison and Belew reunite to celebrate that influential record—often cited as Talking Heads’ peak—with a concert tour drawing from material including the worldwide smash (and MTV hit) “Once in a Lifetime.” A second show is scheduled for Friday, March 27 at 8pm.
