Fans of the NBC reality show Last Comic Standing will recognize Joe Machi as Season 8’s lovable fourth-place contestant. He’s leveraged his exposure from the show to tour the US as a headliner. Plus, Machi has been doing the late-night rounds, appearing on Conan, Comedy Central, Jimmy Fallon and many more in the past few years. His brand of humor is quirky and charming. In one well-known skit, he describes avoiding a brawl at a bar, quipping, “People will tell ya, ‘You can’t run from your problems.’ That’s not entirely true though.
