In a rare exhibition, the breezy, dulcet tones of Hawaiian music are brought to the Peninsula by masters of the craft, including four-time Grammy winner slack-key guitarist George Kahumoku Jr, lap steel guitarist Sonny Lim, and ukulele wiz Herb Ohta Jr. Drawing on the unique convergence of cultures and music that occurred on the Hawaiian Islands, the Masters of Hawaiian Music show takes the audience through a spellbinding mixture of classic songs, new tunes and virtuoso playing. In the process, they illustrate the fascinating cultural mix of Hawaii through stories, culture and enchanting music.
