Museum of Quilts & Textiles Holds Quilt National ’21

What’s better than a cozy quilt in the fall? A *bunch* of cozy quilts. This Saturday, the SJ Museum of Quilts & Textiles opens its Quilt National ‘21, a juried biennial exhibition to celebrate the best of the country’s Contemporary Quilts. The exhibition—which runs through January—is organized by the Ohio-based Dairy Barn Arts Center and showcases new quiltwork from the last two years. The exhibition offers the chance for novice quiltmakers and fans of the craft to awe over these new forms of quilt-weaving, including new technology and techniques that bring the textiles into the 21st century.
