Celebrating their 23rd year, sjDANCEco presents their fall performance, Spellbound, with the San Jose Chamber Orchestra providing live accompaniment. This year’s cutting-edge performances feature the work of company choreographers Nhan Ho, Fred Mathews and artistic director Maria Basile. Guest choreographers include Hsiang Hsiu Lin, whose company Lin hH Dance received multiple awards from Taiwan’s National Cultural and Arts Foundation, and Colin Connor, whose choreographies have been presented across the Americas, Europe and Africa. Spellbound is brought to life by sjDANCEco’s champion dancers Maya Argrawal, Raven Bautista, Kevin Gaytan, Luis Isiordia, Wade Reynolds and Alexandra Sheppard.
