Hot doggy, Moon Daddy! It’s time to get groovy with the far-out sounds of the Surfrajettes, four rockin’ cats from the Great White North. Complete with beehives, go-go boots and pencil dresses, Canada’s Surfrajettes play a true-to-’60s surf rock sound with originals and covers of not-so-surf radio pop hits. Their debut full-length, 2022’s Roller Fink, sees them rocking out to their signature sound with a few unexpected covers of Blondie, the Beatles and Tiny Bradshaw. They will be joined by jump blues, pre-war jazz duo the Tailspins and Santa Cruz’s eleven-member Northern Soul revival, the Inciters. (MW)
