A native of Oakland, musician Tim Atlas spent most of his adult life in LA, where he established himself as a mainstay of breezy, California sun-soaked indie pop. This produced early hits like “Compromised” and “Unwind,” which earned accolades from major music publications like Complex and Spin. Over time, he capitalized on that early success with multiple North American tours, opening for popular acts like Jungle Giants and Magic City Hippie. A tireless work ethic and a commitment to creativity have led to over 150 million streams and, most recently, a Grammy Award. It may seem like Atlas has already had a career that most musicians dream of, but he’s only just begun.
