Verbal Abuse is no typical punk rock band. They are one of the early 1980s originators of Texas fast hardcore music. Singer/songwriter Nicki Sicki lived the punk life, moving the band to SF and lived with The Dicks, M.D.C. and members of the Cro-Mags. Between members leaving for the army, and Sicki doing time in the joint, Verbal Abuse went dormant. That is, until 1996, when Slayer covered five of their songs on the album Undisputed Attitude. This show’s pace will be breakneck along with Sad Boy Sinister, N.F.G., and Humungus.
