This Bay Area, DIY, hardcore and skate punk foursome met, formed a band and started playing music together while in rehab during the 2020 End of the World. While most Americans waited out the pandemic playing Animal Crossing and getting to know Joe Exotic by binge-watching Tiger King, they were putting their lives back together and becoming a kick-ass band to fuel the mosh pits they dared believe would return. Joe’s in prison, and most everyone’s islands are a neglected mess of weeds, but No F**king Good is working on their second album and touring, and the mosh pits have definitely returned.
