Austria vs. Jordan

June 16, 9pm

Jordan’s first-ever FIFA World Cup appearance, in a match against Austria, which two years ago overtook France and the Netherlands to make it to the knockout stage at Euro 2024.

Turkey vs. Paraguay

June 19, 8pm

A well-matched meetup in which watchers give Turkey a slight edge.

Jordan vs. Algeria

June 22, 8pm

Algeria’s players include former Man U player Riyad Mahrez and Aïssa Mandi, who popped off to the press on his chances of defeating Messi when the North African team meets Argentina June 16 in Kansas.

Paraguay vs. Australia 

June 25, 7pm

Home wins against Argentina and Brazil brought Paraguay to the World Cup finals against the equally well regarded Aussies.,

San Jose Earthquakes Soccer Celebration

June 11–July 19
San Pedro Square, San Jose

San Pedro Square Market is the scene for a month-long watch party built for fans of the global game. Catch every match from June 11 through July 19. Fans can view the games on a 27-foot screen, and enjoy Inflatables & Fan Zones, local food and drink, plus live music, face painting, and mascot days during opening week June 11 – 14. 


The Row Cup

Santana Row, San Jose

Santana Row is activating a five-week World Cup celebration built around watch parties in 15+ restaurants, with themed menus, cocktails, happy hours and live DJs. Plus, get official merchandise at The FIFA Pop-Up Shop on Santana Row.

Hyatt Regency, Santa Clara

The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is hosting watch parties tied to the six Santa Clara World Cup match days. The perfect spot for fans to catch all the thrilling moments live, surrounded by fellow soccer lovers in the stadium’s aura.

Other local establishments of note hosting game day festivities are Rocco’s Ballpark and the Sportsman’s Lounge, both in Santa Clara, the Quarter Note in Sunnyvale and Fred’s Place in Mountain View.


Global Soccer Watch Party

Thursday, June 11
Eastridge Center, San Jose

Watch the Mexico vs. South Africa match at the Eastridge Shopping Center on a 30-foot viewing screen and shop local San Jose vendors on the first floor of the mall. 12pm–3pm


Kickin’ it at Creekside 

Saturday, June 13, 9am–10pm
Creekside San Jose, 56 Barack Obama Blvd., San Jose, 

Creekside San Jose hosts “Kickin’ it at Creekside,” a large all-day family- and pet-friendly soccer festival and World Cup viewing party built around match screenings, live music, food, chalk art and giveaways. 

Event highlights include live DJ sets from DJ Rich Daniels and DJ Oscar Ramirez, a morning fitness party, pet adoption tents and beer garden viewing zones at Hapa’s Brewing Co. 


La Plaza Futbol Watch Parties

June 18 and June 24
1700 Alum Rock Ave., San Jose

The Mexican Heritage Plaza will host two Mexico-focused watch parties, one for each of our southern neighbor’s matches with South Korea and Czechia. Seats and tables are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. (Plaza Watch Parties)


Taste of Milpitas Watch Party

Saturday, June 20
Great Mall, Milpitas

The City of Milpitas and Moveable Feast are collaborating on a free community World Cup watch party at the Great Mall. The event features food and beverage vendors, live bands, cultural performances and a live screening of the Ecuador vs. Curacao match at 5pm. (Milpitas Watch Party)


Morgan Hill Soccer Kick Off Festival

Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center

Downtown’s Summer of Soccer

Downtown Mountain View
