Stanford hosts this comedy night featuring popular Native American and Indigenous comedians Pete Lee, Taietsarón:sere “Tai” Leclaire and Jim Ruel. Lee is a favorite on Jimmy Fallon’s late-night show, but the Wisconsin-raised comedian spent much of his youth on a Cherokee reservation in Oklahoma. Leclaire, a Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) and Mi’kmaq actor, comedian and writer, works on Rutherford Falls, a comedy about identity politics in a small town. And Ruel is known as a host of the Hollywood NDNz podcast, which highlights the careers of Native Americans in entertainment.
