Playback Studios in San Jose is quickly making a name for itself as a live venue featuring upcoming musical innovators, ranging the gamut from hardcore to indie pop, and this week’s show is no exception. Hosted by the up-and-coming musical showcase group Heavy Lemon, the show will feature a jam-packed list of indie rockers, including San Francisco’s Joyride, Arizona-based indie outfit Dogbreth, dreamy indie-folk act Diners (currently based in Oakland) and San Jose’s own lo-fi indie punk artist, Natasha Sandworms. It’s an indie pop all-star lineup this weekend at Playback Studios.
