The Dutch EDM duo Sick Individuals brings the beat to Sunnyvale this weekend for a night of their innovative sound. Rinze “Ray” Hofstee and Joep “Jim” Smeele met in the Netherlands in 2008 and bonded quickly over their shared love of forces that might seem opposite: classical and modern music. Their diverse influences—from Swedish House Mafia to Rihanna—have proven the secret to their success.
