YG at Stanford’s Annual Blackfest

Acclaimed Los Angeles rapper YG headlines this year’s annual Blackfest at Stanford, a free hip-hop festival and celebration hosted by the school’s Black Family Gathering Committee. Alongside the “Big Bank” rapper are two artists from his 4HUNNID Records collective: Day Sulan and D3szn. Like YG, Day Sulan came up rapping in Compton. Now, she raps alongside him on tracks like her 2021 single “Bailar” and YG’s “Equinox.” Watts rapper D3szn, meanwhile, went for a Bay legend on recent single “Drip,” getting water itself: E-40.
