There’s no place quite like the Second City. Opened in 1959 as a small comedy cabaret, the Chicago-based comedy incubator has gone on to churn out some of the biggest names in the industry—and some of those names come to the forefront at this Wednesday’s Second City Remix at Montalvo Arts. This touring show is the opportunity for comedy lovers across the U.S. to see some of comedy’s next big names. Previous alums of the club include Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Tim Meadows and Eugene Levy. From sketches to world-famous improv, there’s nothing the Second City troupe can’t do.
