Founded by the dynamic Charlene Alcanices (DJ Charl3y Beats) last November, the Bay Area chapter of the Ladies 1st DJ Club emerged to revolutionize San Jose’s nightlife. Tackling the industry’s diversity gap head-on, they’ve ignited a movement for inclusivity, adding new voices to the local club scene and across the Bay Area. There’s a revolution on the dance floor in downtown San Jose as DJs Ness Rock, Charl3y Beats and Velmalicious amplify the energy with curated vibes and music.
