Out of New Orleans comes Bon Bon Vivant, a hard-to-classify quartet whose music draws from dance, pop, Americana, folk and any point between and beyond. Songwriter Abigail Cosio fronts the core group, joined by Jeremy Kelly on sax, Jason Jurzak on bass and sousaphone and drummer Deacon Marrquin. Depending on the gig, fellow Crescent City musicians augment the lineup, making Bon Bon Vivant ever difficult to pin down. To date, the group has released several live albums, a studio set and a long string of singles, all of it ready-made for the mind, heart and body.
