Folk duo Jenner Fox and Jeremy Elliott released their first album, The Moon That Moves The Sea, in 2024 to much acclaim. So, it only made sense to do a follow-up two years later. That accomplishment is Beauty in Strange Colors, an elegant and nostalgic work that wanders through the cozy rooms of memories with a sound that will make the listener want to huddle around a warm fire with a nice cup of tea. Joining them is Peter Fox, Jenner’s father, who just released a new book, Let the Water Do the Work, a memoir about his time as a whitewater rower and the lessons he learned on the rivers of life.
