A night out on the town in South County could include an evening of community theater, an event at Gavilan College, a movie at the Cinelux Gilroy or an art-filled evening at the Cura Contemporary art center. Just add a little food and liquid refreshment from one of these local establishments. And Gilroy should soon be home to a new Petiscos, the casual dining restaurant group started by the Michelin-level chefs at Adega—but no word yet on when doors will open, other than “coming soon.”
