Founder Mick Jones is the only remaining original member of this band, which after more than 40 years still holds a significant place in the hearts of hard rock and power pop fans. Known for the likes of “Double Vision,” “Urgent” and “Hot Blooded,” Foreigner’s songs still get referenced in pop culture, if somewhat ironically; the ballad “Waiting for a Girl Like You” is featured in Barb’s death scene in the first season of “Stranger Things.” Its members may come and go, but Foreigner keeps touring, often with Styx, Journey and other big names from their late ’70s-early ’80s heyday. They’re on their own for this Saratoga show.
