I saw you, stupid pit bull owner. You walked your beautiful muscle-bound dog, without a leash, past an unfenced kiddie park. You told me your dog was “harmless.” Yes, your dog is sweet, most pit bulls are, but they get a bad name because of morons like you. Dude, no dog is harmless. Even a golden retriever or a Chihuahua can cause harm under certain circumstances. Pits are known to have a stronger “prey instinct” than most other dogs, and if that instinct is triggered by “preylike” creatures such as cats and small children, then they can charge at them unexpectedly. I’m sick of news reports where the shocked dog owner says, “My dog never acted like that before” after a tragic incident. You’re an accident waiting to happen, you idiot.
