Is that a horse loose in a hospital, or is it a wild comedian coming back to the stage? One way or the other, Friday evening is going to be full of surprises when John Mulaney, America’s Comeback Kid of Comedy, comes to the SAP Center for his national “From Scratch” tour. It’s hard to say which one of Mulaney’s many additions to the cultural zeitgeist launched him to the SAP Center this time—there’s Broadway’s The Oh, Hello Show and his three Netflix specials, plus his work on SNL—but with nearly 14 years in comedy, Mulaney’s got something for everyone.
