.Mao Fujita in Cupertino

At only 24 years old, Japanese pianist Mao Fujita has already been playing his instrument for over two decades. After exceptional runs at Tokyo’s premiere music schools, the wunderkind has commenced a full-fledged tour of the world in adulthood. With his sensitive and natural take on Beethoven, Chopin, Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky, critics praise him for his ability to easily take on pieces from different musical periods. In 2021, Fujita signed a multi-album deal with Sony International that promises many more of his celebrated Mozart sonata performances coming our way in the foreseeable future.
