The Last Gang, a California pop-punk squad from Los Angeles, will be ripping up The Ritz in downtown San Jose this Friday night for all the street rats and skater punks who need to get some anguish and angst out with headbanging and punch dancing. The SoCal quartet was started in the early 2000s by vocalist and guitarist Brenna Red. The band’s sound is ripe with high-energy guitar jams, kickin’ and lively drums, and powerful lead vocals. This music is made for a sunny skate park, a West Coast beach bar, a garage hangout—or a marquee theater hosting a punk showcase.
