San Jose 2025 Concert Series continues at St. James Park, where music lovers of all ages are welcome to enjoy the live tunes, food trucks and beverages (including the alcoholic varieties for those over 21). This week’s headliners, Tropa Magica, was formed when brothers David and Rene Pacheco combined the Peruvian cumbia they loved with ’90s grunge into a psychedelic rock stew with southern rhythms, making sure it remained suitable for a backyard dance party. San Jose Latin ska band La Maldita Cruda will kick things off.
