East Coast rapper Logic is definitely the second variety. Originally inspired to get into hip hop after seeing Tarantino’s Kill Bill Vol. 1 (with music produced by the RZA), Logic has gone onto not only make music but write books, voice animated characters and even write, star and direct his own films like 2025’s hilarious Paradise Records.
