Pop punk is alive and well at Shoreline. At Mountain View’s premier outdoor venue—the long-time host for Warped Tour’s Bay Area stop—this Friday brings back Kevin Lyman’s cast of characters for a night of rock. The evening, part of the “Wet Hot All-American Summer Tour,” consists of the Get Up Kids, New Found Glory and headliners All American Rejects. All three bands formed in the late ‘90s and early 2000s, with widespread recognition for their rocking melodies and catchy lyrics, leading to hits like “Dirty Little Secret” and “Move Along.” AAR are also ranked 73rd on the “Hot 100 Artists of the 2000s” list.
