There’s been a rise in Mexican regional music becoming popular in the states. Calle 24 is a perfect example. Born Diego Millán, Calle 24 embarks on his first, solo, U.S. tour with 15 dates and locals are just lucky enough to have San Jose on his list. A native of Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Calle 24 combines regional mexicano music with an urban twist for a fresh sound that is carrying several Mexican artists to the top like Peso Pluma, Chuyin and Tito Double P.
