NYC stand-up comedian Chloe Radcliffe is an absolute delight. She’s intelligent and funny with an enormous, contagious smile and a delivery so charismatic she could dunk on sacred cows, and everyone would love it and give her a pass. Her material is not clean nor safe, but she makes it universal and accessible anyway.
