.Tony Peebles Leads Thursday Jazz Jam at Mama Kin

Looking for a place to jam besides the living room? Mama Kin is just the spot, with its new Thursday Jazz Jam quickly taking the lead among San Jose’s most lively musical gatherings. Multi-genre saxophonist and educator Tony Peebles of the Grammy-winning Pacific Mambo Orchestra and the Strong Move Quartet leads the session with infectious enthusiasm. All ages and skill levels are welcome to sign up for this weekly night of music making. As an added incentive to venture out into the world of public jamming, it’s completely free to participate or listen into the wee hours of the morning.
