When Paytas first started her YouTube channel in 2007 it started out as a dedication to famed director Quentin Tarantino. However, she quickly grew it to feature fashion tips and relationship advice. Three years later, she was featured on My Strange Addiction as a tanning bed addict. Her celebrity grew over the years by making videos in which she purposely “dumbed-down” herself, but today she has amassed more than 20 million followers, so the question is, who’s the dumb one? Today she is a podcaster, author, personality and entrepreneur who shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
