To celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States, the Terrible Adult Chamber Orchestra (TACO) will be putting on a concert at the outdoor ParkStage, behind the Mountain View Center for the Arts. Each of the 10 American songs in their set is a reflection of the United States’ history, hopes, and dreams. Additionally, each song will be introduced with a brief commentary to give context and perspective on the piece. Listeners are encouraged to bring a blanket or chairs to comfortably lounge in. This unique concert uses music to explore the struggles and bravery that created and supported the nation for the last 250 years.
