SurveyMonkey CEO dies in freak accident
The tech world was stunned to learn Dave Goldberg, CEO of SurveyMonkey and husband of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, died from a treadmill accident while on a family vacation in Mexico. The news highlighted the dangers of exercise equipment, as a reported 24,400 emergency room injuries in 2014 were linked to treadmills.
