Chromatic Coffee made its name in the South Bay with artisan coffees, brewed with the kind of love and passion one can only get at a non-corporate coffee shop. But, perhaps more important, Chromatic Coffee hosts punk shows. The latest is presented by Heavy Lemon and KSJS Subrock and features Friendship Games, Slinger, Little Critter and The Tremolos. Each of these groups has their own take on punk rock, be it with elements of indie, emo or shoegaze. But still scrappy and DIY to the core.
