Hershel Yatovitz has toured the world playing lead guitar for Chris Isaak, replacing original guitarist James Calvin Wilsey in 1995. Yatovitz might not have created the original sound of “Wicked Game,” but he went on to record 10 albums with Isaak and made hundreds of TV appearances. So, what happens when a show combines a seasoned rock star like Yatovitz with a San Francisco local veteran like D.B. Walker? It’s bound to be a wild evening of music with virtuoso playing and a certainty at some point that luscious Stratocaster tone will ring out and everyone will hear “The world was on fire and no one could save me but you.”
