Rush made a career out of giving air drummers more work than they could reasonably handle. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson return to SAP Center with the Fifty Something Tour, celebrating more than five decades of music while honoring late drummer Neil Peart. Anika Nilles joins them behind the kit for two sets each night, with changing setlists drawn from more than 40 songs. The catalog runs from elaborate progressive-rock constructions to radio staples that somehow smuggled all that technical ambition onto the commute. Two San Jose dates offer plenty of opportunity for very enthusiastic people to lose count.
